Comments:
-The price offer must include the cost of delivery of goods to the buyer's warehouse, all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
- The participant is obliged to submit the signed contract in the editorial office of the customer (with appendices), documents confirming the powers of the participant to supply the offered products (certificates of the dealer, representative, guarantee letters Manufacturer, etc.)
- It is obligatory to enclose the commercial offer with indication of delivery terms and payment terms.
- This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
