Auto-extension

Payment terms:1. 100% payment upon receipt of INVENTORY in the warehouse of the buyer in Magadan within 15 days 100% Payment 2. on the fact of transmission of CMV to first carrier within 15 days.
Delivery terms:1. Price point terms EX-warehouse of the supplier with the address of the warehouse shipment.

2. For every cargo space with commodities and materials packing list must be attached to the inventory of COMMODITIES and MATERIALS and quantity. (prerequisite)

3. The warranty periods for CMA must begin to act as a minimum, from the date of receipt by the customer or the CMA since CMA in operation (one of the suggested alternatives is mandatory).
