This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the Customer this volume of civil law obligations.

Comments:
Commercial proposal shall specify:
1. Supplier - contact information, including representative.
2. Supplier's relation to the goods - manufacturer, manufacturer representative, dealer, free seller.
3. Manufacturer of goods.
4. Unit price (excluding VAT and VAT):
4.1. for goods manufactured in the Russian Federation:
4.1.1. the price of the goods at the supplier’s warehouse (indicate the city of shipment) subject to pickup.
4.1.2. the price of the goods, provided that the supplier delivers it to the supplier’s warehouse in Amursk (for auto delivery) / railway station Komsomolsk-on-Amur (when dispatched to 20 "/ 40" containers by railway) / railway station Mylki (when sent in wagons by railway )
4.2. for goods manufactured abroad delivered from abroad:
4.2.1. the price of the goods at the customs clearance point on the terms of delivery of the DDP port .... / railway station ... (indicate the point of customs clearance - MOT) subject to pickup.
The price of the goods shall include all costs at customs clearance point: delivery to CCP, costs of customs clearance, costs of storage during customs clearance, costs of closing the warehouse, costs of loading the goods on the appropriate transport.
The price for the goods may be indicated in rubles or in foreign currency at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
4.2.2. the price of the goods, provided that the supplier delivers it to the supplier’s warehouse in Amursk (for auto delivery) / railway station Komsomolsk-on-Amur (when dispatched to 20 "/ 40" containers by railway) / railway station Mylki (when sent in wagons by railway ) - when indicating the price of products in the TO point in rubles.

9. Cost of transportation costs - for options 4.1.2. and 4.2.2. indicate the cost of delivery per unit of output / 1 PS / total volume of products.
According to option 4.2.2. indicate the cost of transportation costs in rubles

I draw the attention of the participants! A sample of KP is attached to the request. An incorrectly executed KP will be returned for additional registration! KP, filled according to the proposed sample, are considered in the first place.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
