100% of the price of the (accepted) Goods is paid no earlier than 15 (fifteen) calendar days and no later than 20 calendar days after the receipt of the goods in terms of quantity and quality at the Buyer's warehouse and the Buyer's provision of a set of documents in Russian, including: invoice for payment, originals invoice, consignment note or UPD, consignment note (bill of lading), certificate of conformity of the manufacturer with the seals of the manufacturer, as well as certified by the seal and signature of the Supplier

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
