This procedure of request for proposals is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this procedure of request for proposal does not impose on the Customer this amount of civil liability.

4.1.2. the price of the goods provided by the supplier to the warehouse of the supplier in Amursk (for auto delivery)/railway station Komsomolsk-on-Amur (for sending in 20" /40" containers by railway)/railway station Mylki ( when sending in wagons by railway).
4.2. for goods, foreign production, supplied from abroad:
4.2.1. the price of the goods at the customs clearance point on the terms of delivery DDP port..../railway station... (specify the point of customs clearance - TO) on condition of self-delivery.
The price of the goods shall include all costs at customs clearance point: delivery to CCP, costs of customs clearance, costs of storage during customs clearance, costs of closing the warehouse, costs of loading the goods on the appropriate transport.
The price for the goods can be indicated in rubles or in foreign currency at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
4.2.2. the price of the goods provided by the supplier to the warehouse of the supplier in Amursk (for auto delivery)/railway station Komsomolsk-on-Amur (for sending in 20" /40" containers by railway)/railway station Mylki ( when sending in wagons by railway) — when specifying the price of products in the point TO in rubles.
