Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

2) It is necessary to attach a commercial offer IN the FORM of an attachment with the following conditions:
-SPECIFY TWO COST ITEMS (the cost on the terms of pickup and the cost with delivery)!!!!
-specify the manufacturer of the products;
-availability, production time,
-delivery time to the supplier's warehouse;
-dimensions of the cargo (approximately)
- the point of departure;
- payment terms;
-attitude to the supplied goods (manufacturer, dealer, free seller)
-WARRANTY (specific period without reference to the manufacturer)
-The packaging according to GOST for the regions of the far North should be taken into account in the cost of the Goods

4) Certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality must be attached to the products
