Payment terms:
1. 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the corresponding batch of goods within no later than 20 (twenty) working days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
Comments: 1. It is necessary to load the KP in the form of Polymetal in EXCEL with an indication of all the requested delivery conditions according to the attached form, see purchase documentation;
2. In the KP, it is MANDATORY to prescribe the FULL AND EXACT NAME OF THE PRODUCT WITH ALL THE CHARACTERISTICS and attach the corresponding PHOTOS;
3. It is mandatory to fill in additional fields, excluding the wording 6 "in the KP";
4. In the cost of the goods, it is necessary to take into account the packaging and labeling according to GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 " Products sent to the regions of the far north and areas equated to them. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage";
5. The KP must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality, a safety data sheet, a certificate for packaging;
6. Before shipment, provide a photo of the packed goods, each place must be marked with a packing list according to the Buyer's form;
7. The products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the KP;
Criteria for choosing the best offer: the lowest cost, quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience, agreement with the contract.
This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
