Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear Suppliers!

To participate in the selection, you must fill in the cost (see purchasing items, purchasing documentation).

Demand:
1. Providing cost on site.
2. Obligatory provision of a completed attachment 1, a letter of guarantee and an attachment to a letter of guarantee. Required documents from the supplier:
- Letter of guarantee signed by the head of the organization
- Mandatory Attachments to the Letter of Guarantee: participant card (details, etc.); copies of Agreements or letters of recommendation from Companies (at least 2), confirming
3. Upload all additional files to the site, do not upload to third-party file hosting, links do not open. If you need to transfer files, use only the resource http://filetrance.tander.ru/index.php
4. Payment system JSC Tander 100% post-payment in 60 days from the date of signing the Certificate of Completion
5. All requested files must be submitted to the site before the end of the tender.
6. Based on the results of the auction, JSC Tander reserves the right to confirm only part of the volume of work.

Without the provision of the above documents, your commercial proposal will not be considered.

Submission of quotations only in RUBLES.

Participation is free.

EDS is not required.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (connected) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
