Payment terms:
Payment on the fact. The price of the product is set per unit of production, including delivery, including VAT %. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date when the parties signed the consignment note at the Buyer's warehouse. If you do not meet our requirements for the terms of payment, you must specify your terms in the comments.
Delivery terms:
Delivery by the supplier's forces and means to the Buyer's warehouse.

Comments: Reinforcement of the KP and the List of documents according to the file "Package of documents for participation in the auction" is mandatory!
ATTENTION! The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When selecting a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria:: compliance with the TOR, delivery time/performance, guarantees, price, advance/post-payment, advance security, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.
The commercial offer must be submitted in*. pdf format as a single signed file and stamped on the organization's letterhead. The information in it must be readable.
The commercial offer must contain the following information:
1. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, availability of a license and a licensed warehouse;
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days/ according to the schedule);
3. Warranty period/expiration date;
4. Price with VAT per lot unit (must be specified in Russian rubles);
5. Payment terms (you can submit one delay, it is the same for all items, the recommended number in calendar days is at least 90 from the date of delivery);
6. Experience with Rusagro Group of Companies, in the market – years;
7. Willingness to work under a standard contract-yes/no;
8. The offer must be signed by an authorized person.
The package of documents for the company to participate in the trading procedure is provided according to the list of documents attached to the tender documentation – "Package of documents for participation in the auction".
In case of failure to submit a commercial offer / submission of a commercial offer in violation of the requirements and/or failure to provide the full package of documents described above, the organizer of the trading procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider the offer submitted by the participant of the trading procedure.
The forms of the standard Agreement of the Rusagro Group of Companies and its annexes are attached to the trading procedure for familiarization and formation of the Commercial Offer.
The goods are delivered according to the agreed delivery schedule.
