Payment terms:
Payment by fact. The price of the item is billed per unit of products based on delivery, including NDX%. Payment of the item is made by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery is the date the parties sign the invoice in the Buyer's warehouse. If you do not match our payment requirements, you must specify your terms in the comments.
Delivery terms:
Shipping by vendor by means to the Buyer's warehouse.

ATTENTION! The price is the most weighty, but not the only criterion for the valuation of the offer. When selecting a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: TK compliance, delivery/fulfillment period, warranty, price, advance security, business reputation and work experience , readiness to work under a model contract.
The commercial offer must be provided in *.pdf format by a single signed file and certified with a seal on the organization's form. The information in it should be readable.
The Business Offer must contain the following information:
1. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse;
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days/ according to schedule)
3. Warranty time/shelf life;
4. Cost with VAT per unit lot (to be listed in Russian rubles);
5. Payment terms (may apply one deferral, it is uniform for all items recommended by number of calendar days — at least 90 from the date of delivery);
6. Experience with Rusagro, on the market — years;
7. Readiness to work under a model contract is yes/no;
8. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
A package of company documents for the trading procedure is provided according to the list of documents attached to the tender documents — the "Bidding Document Package".
In case of failure to offer a commercial offer/offer in breach of requirements and/or not providing a complete package of documents described above, the trade organizer the procedure reserves the right to opt out of consideration of the bid submitted by a party to the trade procedure.
The forms of the Rusagro Model Treaty and its annexes are backed up to the trade procedure for familiarizing and forming the Commercial Proposal.
Delivery takes place on an agreed delivery schedule.
