Payment terms:
Payment upon delivery. The price of the goods is set per unit of production, including delivery, including VAT%. Payment for the goods is carried out by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date when the parties signed the consignment note at the Buyer's warehouse. If it does not coincide with our requirements for payment terms, you must indicate your terms in the comments.

To participate in the procurement procedure, it is necessary to confirm the commercial proposal, signed and stamped on the letterhead of the organization.
The commercial proposal must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
1. Purchase subject
2. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse.
3. Delivery time (working or calendar days, according to the schedule).
4. Warranty period / shelf life.
5. Price with VAT per lot unit
6. Terms of payment (deferred payment of at least 90 (ninety) days from the date of delivery);
7. Experience of work with GK Rusagro, on the market - years
8. Willingness to work under a standard contract - yes / no
9. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
The confirmation of the documents (file in the attachment) specified in the list is mandatory (it is necessary to attach constituent documents to the commercial proposal (certified INN, PSRN, Charter, Unified State Register of Legal Entities, financial and accounting statements for the last 2 calendar years, order on the appointment of a manager), quality certificates for products, specification (composition of goods)).
The model contract and Appendices No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 are supported in the bidding documents.
Offers stated in this procedure, without a Commercial Offer supported by the Lots, will not be considered.
