Auto-extension

Comments:
To participate in the procurement procedure, it is mandatory to support the offer, signed and stamped on the organization's letterhead.
The KP should specify the following:
1. Purchase item
2. Supplier status: Manufacturer or Official Distributor, Licensed and Licensed Warehouse
3. Price per item (lot) incl. VAT.
4. Delivery time (calendar days)
5. Payment Terms
6. Years of experience with Rusagro GC, years on the market
7. Product expiration date guarantees

Articles of incorporation must be attached to the offer (certified TIN, OGRN, Charter, EGRUL, financial and accounting statements for the last 2 calendar years, appointment order supervisor), product quality certificates, specification (product composition).

The model contract is supported in the bidding documentation.

Proposals submitted in this procedure, without a Commercial Offer backed to the Lot, will not be considered.
