Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment terms (100% payment). Payment after the fact. The price of the goods is billed per unit of production, including delivery, including VAT. Payment for the goods is made by the buyer within 50 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is considered to be the date of signing the goods waybill by the parties

- readiness to work under a standard contract
Requirements for the submission of documents for the trading procedure:
When submitting an offer to the trading procedure, the bidder provides and attaches the following package of documents:
1) commercial offer;
2) a package of documents for the company to participate in the trading procedure;
3) quality documents (distribution letters, certificates of conformity, declarations of conformity, quality passports, etc.).
Document requirements:
1. The commercial offer to the trading procedure is submitted according to the standard form attached to this trading procedure. The commercial offer must be duly executed and supported by:
- presented on the company letterhead;
- the tabular and text parts must be fully filled in;
- provided with the signature of an authorized representative and the company and stamped;
- the scanned copy must be provided in*.pdf format, the information in the file must be readable.
In case of failure to provide a commercial offer or provide a commercial offer in violation of the requirements described above, the trade procedure organizer reserves the right to refuse from the consideration of the proposal by the participant of the trade procedure.
2. The package of documents for the company to participate in the trading procedure is provided according to the list of documents attached to the tender documents.
The trade procedure participant provides a full package of documents according to the attached list of documents.
Documents are provided in*.pdf format, each document in a separate file.
In case of failure to provide the full package of documents, the trade procedure organizer reserves the right to refuse consideration of the offer by the subject of the trade procedure participant.
3. Documents for the proposed items are provided in*.pdf format, each document in a separate file.
4. Counterparties are not allowed to cooperate if there is information on the lack of taxpayer consent on the CHARTER's website.

The package of tender documentation for the trading procedure includes:
1. The standard form of the commercial offer.
2. The list of documents for participation in the trading procedure.
3. Delivery schedule (if any).
4. The standard form of the agreement of the organizer of the trade procedure, including all annexes that are an integral part of it.
5. A typical form of a confirmation letter about the availability of resources.
6. Technical specifications (if any).
7. A sample of filling in shipping documents.
