It is necessary to attach constituent documents to the commercial offer (certified INN, OGRN, Charter, Unified State Register of Legal Entities, financial and accounting statements for the last 2 calendar years, an order on the appointment of the head), quality certificates for products, specification (composition of goods).
The standard contract is supported in the bidding documentation.
The proposals stated in this procedure, without a Commercial offer supported by Lots, will not be considered.
