INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS

The trading procedure is carried out in one stage without assigning the stages of rebidding, before the request for documents after the end of the trading procedure, for updating the commercial proposal in accordance with the ETP, it will be appointed (one before the request).

All participants need to upload documents according to the attached list to the trading procedure:

• Unified State Register of Legal Entities
• Protocol (decision and order) on the appointment of the head of the organization
• Financial statements
• Copy of licenses, certificates, etc. Permitting documents
• Taxpayer consent
• order on the appointment of Ch. accountant
• a document confirming the right to sign and samples of signatures of the head
• power of attorney for the right to conclude a contract
• information on the average number of employees
• resource confirmation letter
• Certificate on the status of settlements with the budget received by TCS
• Certificate of payment of taxes of a taxpayer
• Approval of the counterparty's governing body for the transaction

It is also obligatory to upload the correct commercial proposal file according to the trading procedure.

WITHOUT PROVIDING A FULL PACKAGE OF DOCUMENTS FOR Auction, OFFERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Also, ETP Participants for which there is no information in the Information Resource about giving Consent to recognize part of the tax secret information on the presence (settlement / non-settlement) of an unformed source in the chain of suppliers of goods (works / services) for deducting the amount of VAT, publicly available, or having tax breaks will not be considered.

To participate in the procurement procedure, it is necessary to confirm the Commercial proposal on the letterhead of the organization with the following information:
- delivery time in calendar days;
- product price in rubles with 20% VAT;
- warranty period;
- payment terms (subject to the requirements of Rusagro Group) within 50 calendar days from the date of delivery;
- terms of delivery, at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse located at:
392520, Tambov region, Tambov district, p. Borshchevka, st. Roadside, 1 (MPP)
