INFORMATION FOR TENDER PARTICIPANTS

The trading procedure is carried out in one stage without assigning the stages of recorder, before the request of documents after the end of the trading procedure, for updating the KP in accordance with the ETP, will be assigned (one before the request) .

WITHOUT PROVIDING A FULL PACKAGE OF DOCUMENTS FOR BIDDING, PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Also, ETP participants for which in the Informresource there is no information about giving a Consent on the recognition of part of the information of tax secrecy on the presence (settlement/not settlement) of an unformed source along the chain suppliers of goods (work/services) will not be considered for the deduction of VAT, publicly available or having tax breaks.

To participate in the procurement procedure, it is necessary to support the Commercial Offer on the form of the organization with the following information:
- delivery time in calendar days;
- price of goods in rubles with VAT 20%;
- warranty period;
- payment terms (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro Group) within 50 calendar days from the date of delivery;
