Payment terms:
Payment after the fact. Payment after the fact. The price of the goods is charged per unit of production, taking into account delivery, including VAT.Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing by the parties of the consignment note in the Buyer's warehouse. In case of non-compliance with our requirements for payment terms, you must specify your terms in the comments
Delivery terms:

Comments: The reinforcement of the Commercial Proposal and the List of documents according to the file "Package of documents for participation in the Competitive Bidding process" is mandatory!
Please NOTE: The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing the winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the Requirements Specifications, delivery time / fulfillment, warranty, price, advance /postpaid, advance payment, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.
The commercial offer must be submitted in *.pdf format as a single signed file and stamped on the company's letterhead. The information in it should be readable.
The commercial offer must contain the following information:
1. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, availability of a license and a licensed warehouse;
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days/ according to schedule);
3. Warranty period/expiration date;
4. Value with VAT per lot unit (must be indicated in Russian rubles);
5. Terms of payment (it is possible to submit one deferral, it is the same for all items, the recommended number in calendar days is at least 90 from the date of delivery);
6. Work experience with Rusagro Group, on the market – years;
7. Willingness to work under a standard contract - yes/no;
8. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
If there is a test report, please attach it to the documentation.
The package of documents on the company for participation in the Bidding procedure is provided according to the list of documents attached to the bidding documentation – "Package of documents for participation in the Competitive Bidding process".
In case of failure to submit a commercial offer/submission of a commercial offer in violation of the requirements and/or failure to provide the full package of documents described above, the organizer of the Bidding procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider the proposal submitted by the Bidder of the trading procedure.
The forms of the Rusagro Group Model Agreement and its annexes are supported by the Bidding procedure for familiarization and formation of a Commercial Offer.
The goods are delivered according to the agreed delivery schedule.
