The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Requirements for performers: experience in performing similar work.
The validity period of the CP is not less than 60 calendar days.
The KP is submitted on the company's letterhead with a signature and seal, indicating the contact person.
KP should be turnkey, taking into account all possible costs.
Preferred payment terms: 100% post-payment within 60 calendar days.
This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the procedure are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the procedure.
