Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:Оплата производится ежемесячно в рублях по курсу ЦБ РФ на дату платежа в ближайший платежный день в течение 30 календарных дней с даты подписания Сторонами Акта выполненных работ/оказанных услуг и предоставления подлинника счета-фактуры.
Платежными днями являются 15 число и предпоследний рабочий день каждого календарного месяца.
