Comments: All work must be performed on its own without the involvement of subcontractors. For additional work, specify the cost. The customer has the right to adjust the amount of work to be reduced. The list of facilities with equipment decoding for each facility is listed in Appendix No. 1 to this specification.
Maintenance includes: External inspection of all elements of the system; Monitoring the health of the system elements (readers, controllers, blocking devices), checking the health of the light display, the functionality of the switches, the presence of seals; Testing of receiving and control devices; Check for unlocking of locking devices for doors, turnstiles, etc .; Adjustment (if necessary) of system elements (closers, electromagnetic locks, turnstiles, gates, drives); Verify health and software updates. Control of power sources: check of the main and backup power sources and automatic power switching from working input to backup and back; Battery health monitoring: voltage measurement, replacement of batteries of backup power sources; Measurement of supply voltage; Cable diagnostics; Remove dust and dirt; cleaning equipment inside and out; Check electrical connections; Troubleshooting issues leading to false positives.
Repair work includes: Partial disassembly, repair or replacement of individual components of serviced equipment, line-cable structures, products, replacement of access control components.
