This bidding procedure is not a tender procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the request for quotations at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Suppliers!

Indicate the cost of the maintenance of the fire alarm system (PIC), taking into account the spare parts necessary to maintain the POS in working condition in 2020. All work must be done on its own without the involvement of subcontractors. The amount for spare parts is included in the cost of maintenance. Provide estimates and a quarterly summary calendar cost plan for participation in electronic tenders (as an object as in this specification). For additional work, indicate the cost. The customer has the right to adjust the volume of work performed in the direction of reduction. The list of facilities with equipment decryption for each facility is specified in Appendix No. 2 to this specification. Schedule and list of work carried out during maintenance of fire alarm systems Appendix No. 1.

MANDATORY acceptance of the contract as amended by the Customer attached to the PURCHASING DOCUMENTATION!
