All work must be performed on its own without the involvement of subcontractors. For additional work, specify the cost. The customer has the right to adjust the amount of work to be reduced. The list of facilities with equipment decoding for each facility is listed in Appendix No. 1 to this specification. The cost of the work must be specified taking into account transportation costs.
Mandatory conditions for the maintenance of video surveillance systems:
Have the status of the official representative of the company DSSL with the authority to conduct warranty and after-sales service and repair of equipment TRASSIR and ActiveCam. At the request of the customer, to make changes in the configuration of equipment and software (using scripts), as well as the necessary adjustment of camera viewing angles according to the requirements of maintenance
Provide a monthly report on system failures and errors (maintain a database, system logs and logs) on the TRASSIR security complex with the results on their removal
Responding to applications for malfunctioning video surveillance systems within half an hour (round-the-clock), round-the-clock acceptance of applications (dispatcher), work without prepayment, the cost of services provided should not change during the contract, work should be performed without involving subcontractors.
The warranty for the services provided and the equipment replaced should be at least one year from the date of signing the act of work performed. Replacing faulty equipment (warranty) within 24 hours. Have spare parts (cameras, servers, power supplies and batteries, hard drives, etc.). Maintenance (administration) of software during the warranty period. Personnel training with monitoring software and technical support. Monthly hardware updates by replacing the internal software of the devices. monitoring posts and central management servers. Providing instructions and maps when changing hardware configuration.
The presence of SRO, the license of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Maintenance includes work that does not require dismantling, disassembling and removal of equipment from the site. Includes current minor urgent repairs, decontamination, checking settings and the quality of connections.
Repair work includes work that includes dismantling system components with removal, replacement of components, repair of electronic components, microcontrollers, processors, etc. The list of used spare parts is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the specification.
The list of works is specified in Appendix No. 3 to this specification.
