PJSC "VimpelCom" invites organizations to participate in the preliminary compilation of a list of participants in the procurement event to select a supplier to provide Technical Support for fixed telephone network switches VimpelCom S12 Alcatel.
Subject of purchase: For continuous communication services using S12 switches, technical support from an authorized vendor representative is required.
Such support will have to provide a solution to network and client incidents within the normative period, high-quality implementation of the ATS and repair / replacement of failed equipment.
Geography of work: large cities of Russia.
The terms of reference for review are attached in the package of documents.

To participate in a procurement event, the organization must:
1. Fill out the application form by submitting in PDF format (scan with signature);
2. Fill in Appendix 1 Details of the participant, presenting in Excel format;
3. Fill in Appendix 2 Declaration of conformity (scan with signature). Attach a technical description of the equipment confirming the information contained in the Application;
4. Fill in Appendix 3 FinAnaliz_rating 1, presenting in Excel format;

It is also necessary to prepare the following documents as separate PDF files:

- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2019;
- The current edition of the charter with current amendments;
- Powers of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign
documents on behalf of the organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Please provide the balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the organization for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (for a maximum of 3 years).

Electronic copies of documents must satisfy the following conditions:
• the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.

The package of documents must be sent to the email address MIKomarova@beeline.ru no later than 18:00 Moscow time on September 2, 2019 (in the subject line you should indicate "Name of the organization / Technical support of fixed telephone network switches Vimpelcom S12 Alcatel.

The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of one archive).
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of VimpelCom PJSC also means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement", and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the "Privacy Statement" in accordance with applicable law.

This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom provided for by these articles.
