Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites organizations to take part in the preliminary formation of the list of participants in the procurement event for the selection of Contractors to carry out technical support for the CS2000 and C20 Nortel switches manufactured by Ribbon (Genband) for 3 years.
To participate in a procurement event, an organization must:
1. Fill in the Participant's Questionnaire, providing it in PDF format (scanned with a signature);
2. Fill out Appendix 1 Form of a potential supplier, submitting it in Excel format;
3. Fill in Appendix 2 Declaration of Conformity (scanned with signature). Attach scanned copies of documents (PDF format) confirming the information stated in the Application. The application and each application must be placed in separate files;
4. Fill in Appendix 3 FinAnaliz_Rating 1, submitting it in Excel format;
It is also necessary to prepare the following documents in separate files in PDF format:
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2020;
- The current edition of the charter with the current amendments;
- Power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign
documents on behalf of the organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- The balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the organization, please provide for the closed periods of the current year, as well as the report at the end of previous periods (maximum for 3 years).
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
The package of documents must be sent to the email address ALuzhnev@beeline.ru no later than 18:00 on October 29, 2020 (in the subject line it is necessary to indicate "Name of the participant / Selection of contractors for technical support of CS2000 and C20 Nortel switches manufactured by Ribbon ( Genband) for 3 years.
The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of one archive).
