Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for spacecraft:
1. Payment terms - deferral of 60 calendar days from the date of service.

2. Attach a commercial proposal to the application for participation (without specifying PRICES!).

3. Attach the completed file "Correspondence table".

4. Confirmation of certification and competence of technical specialists.

5. Willingness to start working on the letter of guarantee.

Participation is free.
EDS is not required.
The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (connected) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
