Auto-extension

Payment terms:Non-cash payment upon the provision of services with a deferred payment.
Delivery terms:1. Maintenance of equipment at the request of the customer in the 24x7 mode (including weekends and holidays), at the equipment installation site (St. Miass, Avtozavodtsev Ave., 1) ..
2. replacement of out-of-order IBM equipment;
3. warranty for the replaced equipment within 12 months;
4. updating microcode and software;
5. immediate participation in solving problems of certified specialists;
6. visit of a specialist in hardware systems;
7. technical advice;
8. updates of software products and documentation.
9. providing access to new versions and patches of control software, operating systems AIX, PowerVM.
Components for replacement for faulty ones must be provided as soon as possible from the manufacturer's service warehouse by delivery to the equipment installation address (St. Miass, Avtozavodtsev Ave., 1) by courier services.
Work on replacing defective components must be carried out by certified engineers of the equipment manufacturer (IBM), if it is impossible to do so by the customer.

The Supplier provides the Customer with an extension of the warranty of the storage system - IBM (hereinafter - IBM equipment), under which the Customer gets the opportunity to provide technical support for equipment for a period of 1 (one) year for the following equipment, namely:

2076 224 IBM Storwize V7000 1
8233 E8B AIX Enterprise Edition 16

According to the results - monthly signing of acts on the work performed.
Submission of an offer by e-mail is allowed. The conclusion of a standard contract in the form of the Contractor is encouraged.
