The offer must contain:
• Introductory part, containing:
o The Name Of The Executive Director
o Address
o Contact information for employees of the Executive Director on the proposal
o A brief description of the artist and its advantages on the subject of the proposal.
• Proposal on technical support services. Offer validity not less than 45 calendar days:
o Specification, the technical support service under the Table "list of accepted".
o The total amount for the service in accordance with the description of the services provided.
o The sum of the quarterly payment.
o Terms and conditions of technical support.
• Note: All prices and amounts in the proposal should be indicated in rubles, be final and include VAT, as well as to reflect the cost of each item in the table no. 1 "accepted" List.

• List of documents:
o an authorisation letter from the manufacturer;
o professional qualification certificates in support of the software product;
o extract from the UNIFIED STATE REGISTER;
o constituent documents;
o order appointing the head of the company;
o certificate of registration with the tax authority;
o the current service contract with the manufacturer of the software product;
o Information about the availability of Executive experience, content and number of similar projects, testimonials from customers.
