Comments:
Signing an agreement within 5 days as amended by PJSC Korshunovsky GOK (see procurement documentation).
Ii. Purchased by the company goods and materials must strictly comply with GOST. The products must have a certificate of quality, certificate of origin.
Iii. The submission of statutory documents (see the list in the procurement documentation) is mandatory at the time of the proposal.
Iv. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all proposals received without imposing liability.
