Payment terms:Postponement of payment 60 calendar days from the date of delivery and submission of the originals of reporting documents (cf, torg12, ttn), originals of the quality passport, copies of certificates of conformity. Other payment terms are also considered.
Delivery terms:Price fixing until December 31, 2021. The proposals submitted in full for all purchasing positions are considered. Approximate volumes: replenishment of the circulating stock of cylinders 1-2 times per week. Delivery time: within 2 days from the date of signing the specification.
Delivery on request from the facility until December 2021 (may be extended until the end of the work delivery).
The address of the place of delivery of goods, performance of work or provision of services: Tula region, Shchekinsky district, r. Pervomaisky, st. Simferopolskaya, 7. All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the product price.
The supplied products shall be new.

Comments:
During the procurement process, the volumes can be adjusted.
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be constant for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
