Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Replacement or equivalents are not allowed, the quantity, frequency and delivery time are determined by the Customer based on the production needs according to bids.
Commercial proposals for bid documentation are mandatory.
Availability of Customer acceptance or other evidence of the quality level of the goods.
- Argon gaseous GOST 10157-79 (2016) must be monitored according to the standards according to the input control card No. 2.
- High purity argon gas according to TU 2114-003-13939701-2015 is supplied with a passport for each cylinder with an additional indication in the passport of all requirements according to the entry control card No. 2. Requirement VP.
Transportation of gases should be carried out according to the rules established by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation 08.08.1995.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a kind of tender /auction /public offer and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting a request for prices /offers, an invitation to participate together with the documentation on the request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; the bid for participation in the request is an offer of a potential Bidder of the request for prices/offers. At the same time, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude an agreement based on its results.
