The member of the System participating in the bidding procedure (the one who submits a bid) shall upload the following documents to the System before expiration of the bid submission deadline (it is not necessary to upload these documents, if they are uploaded in the Personal Account of the System member, then he shall notify thereon in his bid): 1.1. Charter (with all additions and modifications, if there were any). 1.2. State registration certificate. 1.3. Certificate of registration with tax authorities. 1.4. Extract from URSLE. 1.5. Closing balance sheets marked to show that it’s accepted by the tax authority. 1.6. Documents authorizing the representative person to sign the documents – Resolution (Protocol). 1.7. Commercial offer.
