Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Расчет за работы, выполненные по настоящему договору, осуществляется Заказчиком, ежемесячно по факту выполненных за месяц Работ, после подписания обеими сторонами акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ по форме КС-2 и акта по форме ОС-3, предоставления Подрядчиком Заказчику счета на оплату. Форма оплаты за Работы выполненные по настоящему договору: 50 % денежными средствами с отсрочкой платежа 45 (Сорок пять) календарных дней с момента подписания обеими сторонами акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ (КС-2, ОС-3), 50 % - отсрочка платежа 90 (Девяносто) календарных дней или векселя сроком погашения не ранее 90 (Девяносто) дней с даты эмиссии (по соглашению сторон).
