Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Customer within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery on the basis of the invoice issued by the Participant and the signing by the parties of the consignment note and invoice (or a universal transfer document) by transferring funds to the account of the Participant.
The participant has the right to make an alternative offer on the terms of payment.
Delivery terms:Delivery by forces and means of the Participant to the address: Russia, Stavropol Territory, Mineral Waters, st. Knyshevsky, 71A.
Georeferencing:Stavropol territory, Mineralnye Vody, Andrzhievsky str. Knyshevsky 71A
Comments:
As part of this procurement procedure, the Participants must provide:
- a completed Application Form (Appendix No. 2);
- completed Appendix No. 3 Nomenclature of goods;
Participants have the right to submit proposals for some of the positions in Appendix No. 3.
Participants have the right to offer analogues of the specified items of goods (if provided by the Customer), similar or superior in quality and technical characteristics.
As a result of the Procurement Procedure, several Winners (Participants) may be announced, separately for each type of product, in this case, a list of products to be purchased from each Winner will be determined.
The cost of individual items of goods indicated by the Participant should not change when the Participant is selected as the Winner in terms of items.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
