Comments:
PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your company to participate in the prequalification by Category "Cleaning Services and Cleaning of neighboring territories, as well as maintenance in the administrative offices, processing and storage areas of the Central region (Volga Urals) PJSC" VimpelCom "for a period of 2 years.
Prequalification is carried out according to two categories of services:
1st category - Cleaning services and cleaning of the surrounding area.
Second category - Maintenance.

Prequalification is carried out to determine the counterparty, which later will be able to participate in the procurement activities according to categories of purchases in different subjects of the Central region of VimpelCom.
In the Central region VimpelCom consists of the following subjects of the Russian Federation:

Prequalification will consist of the following stages:
1) collect documentation from contractors;
2) verification of the documents submitted.

To participate in the prequalification request within the prescribed period to provide the electronic trading platform B2B-Center to the procedure PKO following documents:
1. Contact the responsible manager on your side in this process of pre-qualification (name, position, e-mail, work phone, mobile phone);
2. Electronic copies of the following documents (all the patterns are applied in the procurement documentation):
- Application form (scanned in PDF format);
- Privacy Statement (scan in PDF format);
- Letter-assurance of neaffilirovannosti (scan in PDF format);
- Declaration of consent to participate in the pre-qualification (scan in PDF format);
- Statement of compliance with the qualification requirements: separately - for cleaning, separately - for maintenance (filling, scan to PDF and EXCEL format for all of the required documents in the Application column supporting documents).
3. 3. According to a statement of compliance with the qualification requirements in the Cleaning and in addition to the declaration itself to provide all the documents referred to therein as supporting (column D).

Requirements to electronic copies of documents, each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- stored in a separate file, the document that contains one page is stored in a separate file, and a document containing several pages, and applications must also be grouped into a single file (for example, the Charter is necessary to scan individual pages, and in one file (file PDF format in black and white);
- have a name (abbreviated), its contents;
- the name of each file must point to the content, and the document Statement of compliance with the qualification requirements - file name must contain the number of applications to which it refers.

Providing feedback from the "PAT VimpelCom" - after checking the documents provided by you on the compliance with the qualification requirements.


Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event PJSC "VimpelCom" also means the acceptance of the terms "Privacy Policy", and you will be liable for failure to comply with conditions of "Privacy Statement" in accordance with applicable law.

This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction within the meaning of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code, and therefore does not lead to PJSC "VimpelCom" obligations under these articles.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
