Please note that this request is not a variant of bid invitation/auction/public offer and does not fall under articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting request for price quotations/offers an invitation to participate, together with documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; application for participation in the request is an offer of potential Participant of RFQ/RFP. Thus the Organizer has no obligation to enter into a contract based on RFP results.
If the registered party does not have the ability to self submitting proposals in connection with the lack of loading is possible EDS proposals sent by e-mail Organizer.
To load the proposals on behalf of the Party must have three documents:
- Offer (offer) certified by signature of the authorized person and stamp of Organization (must contain the number of the offered product, unit price, total amount including VAT with VAT);
- Document establishing the right to act on behalf of a counterparty (for example: Charter, warrant);
- Letter of waiver of further claims on the occasion that the proposal is filed on the tender not by Party (in free-form on company letterhead with the signature of the authorised person).
All suggestions from the participants without EDS should come to the email address of the enterprise b2b_bmk@belmk.ru Organizer.
RFPs on the organizer's email address ends in time to 6:00 until the end of the procedure, upload proposals for trading is possible up to 4:00 before the end.
As well as if a potential supplier does not agree with the terms and conditions of the lot (payment terms, delivery terms, etc.) it is necessary to specify the conditions in the offer (offer) or additional comments.
