Auto-extension

Payment terms:, owing to the Payment phase of services in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) of its value within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of provided services report hand over-acceptance on the corresponding phase on the basis of the executor.
Delivery terms:1. Artist renders services in strict compliance with the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation, technical requirements (annex No. 1 to the agreement). 2. Services hereunder are the Executive Director as follows: 2.1. Start of provision of services: day following the day of signature of the contract. 2.2. The end of the provision of services: through 11 months from the date of signing of the contract. 3. Services are provided by the Executive Director in stages. Stage in the rendering of services is the calendar month.
