Please, when submitting applications, load the KP with an indication of the cost and commercial conditions. The commercial conditions specified in the additional fields of the proposals must coincide with the conditions specified in the KP.
Also, when submitting applications, together with the KP, upload the completed Appendix to the TOR Table of comparison of prices, parameters and warranty indicators.




This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer.
The procurement procedures of JSC "Fat Plant" are not regulated by the provisions of Federal Law No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 "On Procurement of goods, Works, services by Certain Types of Legal Entities", as well as the provisions of Federal Law No. 44-FZ of April 5, 2013 "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, Works, services for state and municipal needs".
