The supplier must deliver the goods on its own. The involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Buyer.
By submitting an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of confidence to verify the integrity of the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent delivery of the Goods by the Supplier, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with attached copies of employment contracts of persons involved for the performance of work, information on the ownership or on the right of lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanism s, vehicles.
If these documents are not provided, the Buyer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
