Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1. Pay special attention to paragraphs 3,5,9,12,14,16,18,19,21 of the technical task.
2. In addition to filling out the tabular form on the ETP, the submission of the TCH (tender proposal) on the letterhead is required, indicating the timing of the work and the form of payment.
3. Applications will be considered only from accredited suppliers and only posted on the ETP.
