Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites organizations to take part in the qualification selection of contractors to participate in the procurement event for the selection of contractors for maintenance and emergency recovery operations (AVR), as well as additional work on the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk-Korsakov zone FOCL, Sakhalin Branch, VimpelCom PJSC for 2021-2023
Subject of procurement: Performance of works on maintenance, emergency recovery and additional work on the zone fiber-optic communication line Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk - Korsakov, Sakhalin branch, PJSC "VimpelCom" in 2021 - 2023.
Geography of work: Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk - Korsakov, Sakhalin branch
A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is indicated in the Terms of Reference (Appendix 5 in the package of documents).
Planned stages of procurement:
Stage 1. Collection of documents and verification of potential participants (qualifications).
Stage 2. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Stage 3. Selection of winners.
Stage 4. Conclusion of contracts.
To complete Stage 1, you must submit the following documents to the e-mail address NZimina@ssc.beeline.ru no later than 15:00 (Moscow time) on August 31, 2021 (in the subject line, indicate "Name of the organization / TO, AVR FOCL Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk) ... The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file should indicate its content.
To participate in Stage 1, you must complete and submit the following documents:

Based on the results of a full and comprehensive review of the documentation provided by the Participant, VimpelCom PJSC forms a list of Participants qualified by the Category and meeting the mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such participants will receive invitations to participate in procurement activities of PJSC VimpelCom by Category.

By submitting documents at any stage of the procurement process, you confirm that you are familiar with the information about the procurement process and comply with its provisions and requirements.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while the document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and the document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file, for example: The charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
This invitation does not constitute a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom under these Articles.
