Comments: The company "T2 Mobile" LLC (brand Tele2) searches potential participants of the tender for the right to perform works on the territory of the city. Moscow and MOD and invites your company to participate in this procedure aimed at forming a long list of Members.
The upcoming tender is represented by 5 lots formed on geographical basis (within the lot it is possible to allocate sublots by types of SCR):
1. Central region of the city. Moscow,
2. Northwest region of the city. Moscow and IO,
3. Northeast region of the city. Moscow and IO,
4. Southwest region of the city. Moscow and IO,
5. South-East region of the city. Moscow and MoD.
In case of interest in participation, you need to fill in and upload to the application:
1. NDA_Non-Disclosure Agreement (Scan-copy with print and signature),
2. Questionnaire (in excel format without signature and print),
3. participant's questionnaire (a scan copy with print and signature),
4. consent to the processing of PDN (scanned copy with print and signature),
5. documents on the list from the file "02. list of documents" (scanned copies).
All documents must be spread into the corresponding folders (the sample in the Folder Structure archive) and presented as a single archive file.
The deadline for accepting applications is limited to 16:00 (Msk.) 22.06.2020.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves him the right to refuse all received proposals for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.$
