Payment terms:MTS carries out settlements with the Partner for the Work performed on time after 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the original invoice issued by the Partner after acceptance by MTS, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the result of the Work performed. In this case, payment under the Agreement is made by MTS to the Partner's current account on the next Payment Day after the expiration of the 30-day period specified in this clause. The payment days under this Agreement are: 02 day and 17th day of each calendar month. If the Payment Day coincides with weekends/holidays, the date of the Payment Day is set as the first nearest business day following the Payment Day
