2. Request for quotations is not an auction and is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This offer, under no circumstances can be regarded as a public offer. Accordingly, the Customer does not bear any responsibility for the refusal to conclude an agreement with persons who have applied with an offer to conclude the relevant transaction.
3. The customer reserves the right to accept any of the proposals received or not to accept any of them and refuse to carry out this procedure.
4. The validity of offers is not less than 60 calendar days from the date of the deadline for submission of applications for participation in the competitive procedure.
This notice is an integral part of the procurement documentation.
