Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The recommended deferral of payment is 90, 60, 30 calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate and invoice. In case an advance payment is provided to the contractor, it shall be secured by a bank guarantee. The guarantee must be issued by a bank - a guarantor from the TOP-20 list of net assets of Russian banks (Appendix No. 4).
Delivery terms:Carrying out work according to the schedule and elimination of malfunctions on call (response time to a request - no more than 8 hours, time for troubleshooting - no more than 24 hours) from 01.01.2021. until 31.12.2021

Требования к поставщику:Исполнитель должен иметь:
1. Опыт выполнения работ аналогичных предмету Конкурса.
2. Квалифицированный постоянный персонал, имеющий удостоверение от образовательной организации дополнительного профессионального образования о повышении квалификации ИСО «ОРИОН».
3. Оборудование, достаточное для выполнения условий договора, заключаемого по итогам проведения настоящего Конкурса;
4. Технологии и методы производства, обеспечивающие выполнение работ (оказание услуг), соответствующих предмету настоящего Конкурса, с учетом мероприятий по охране труда, предотвращению аварийных ситуаций и негативных экологических последствий.
5. Персонал, имеющий удостоверение по обучению безопасным методам и приёмам выполнения работ на высоте.
6. Персонал, имеющий удостоверение по обслуживанию электроустановок.
Общие требования к Исполнителю - согласно Приложения 3 Технических заданий.
