Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Supplier qualification requirements:
Availability of a patent, a certificate of type approval, a certificate of registration in the Register of Russian Railways, an ISO certificate for the repair and maintenance of diagnostic and calibration complexes for measuring instruments, an accreditation certificate for performing verification work, or an agreement with an organization with an accreditation certificate for the right to conduct verification work and the scope of accreditation for this equipment. The work must be performed by an organization trained by the manufacturer of the serviced equipment, which must be confirmed by a letter from the developer (manufacturer).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
