Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:- payment for actually performed work is made by the Customer after 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of signing by the parties of acts of work performed, provided that the deficiencies identified during acceptance of work are eliminated;

Comments:
To participate in the procurement procedure, the following documents must be supported:

1. A commercial proposal on the letterhead of the organization must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
- deadline in calendar days;
- cost in rubles excluding VAT (with indication of taxation system);
- warranty period;
- payment terms (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro Group of Companies);
- acceptable amount of penalties (% for a full week of delay in the performance of work);
- Willingness to work according to the contract form of LLC Tambov Bacon.
- data on business reputation, namely completed projects, letters of appreciation, experience with the RUSAGRO group;
- date of compilation and validity of the commercial offer (expiration no earlier than 1 month from the date of issue);
2. The payroll (form attached);
3. A copy of documents confirming the right / admission to conduct welding / firing works, as well as licenses, certificates and permits for design work, certificates of compliance and permits for materials;
4. A copy of the financial / tax reporting for the last reporting period;

Without a full set of the above documents your proposal will not be considered!
