Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The proposal must be submitted on the organization's letterhead, indicating:
- full name of the organization;
- details and contact information: INN, PSRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail;
- the validity period of the offered price;
- basic conditions for the execution of the contract (term of service provision, payment procedure, etc.)
The proposal must be registered in the prescribed manner (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed.
The technical and commercial proposal must contain a calculation of the cost of rendering in accordance with the form of Appendix 2.
Terms of payment. The Customer pays the Contractor for the services rendered within 15 working days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the services provided.
The deadlines for the performance of services in accordance with the TOR are until 04/30/2022.
Carrying out this information collection procedure does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
