Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Payment within 90 calendar days from the date of signing of the acts of KS-2, KS-3 and the provision of an invoice. If it is necessary to advance the counterparty, the advance paid should be provided with a bank guarantee of the advance payment. The terms of bank guarantee and the guarantor bank shall be agreed by the parties to the contract. The guarantee should be issued by the guarantee bank from the TOP-20 list of net assets of Russian banks and have a rating of at least "AA-" on the S scale for foreign guarantee banks
