Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. Payment for maintenance is made by the Customer on the following terms: - 50% advance payment within 10 (ten) banking days upon invoicing by the Supplier on the basis of Customer's request; - 50% upon completion of maintenance work within 10 (ten) working days after receiving the form of KS-2 and KS-3 (UD), the Acceptance and Transfer of the performed works and the Certificate of technical condition of the equipment.
2. Payment for repair - prepayment 70% within 5 (five banking days from the date of signing the contract; postpayment 30% within 10 (ten) days from the date of signing the act of performed works.
3. Payment for repairs and maintenance 100% after completion of works and deferral of payment at least 14 calendar days are preferable.
Delivery terms:1. Refrigeration units are repaired and maintained by one organization.
2. Delivery of spare parts and consumables is carried out to the Customer's warehouse by means and at the expense of the contractor
3. Repair and maintenance works are carried out on the territory of the Customer at the expense of the Contractor.
