2. The purpose of the work:

2.1. Ensuring uninterrupted operation of air conditioners, warning and timely troubleshooting.
2.2. Improving working conditions.

3. Characteristics and scope of services provided.

3.1. Maintenance of air conditioning equipment (hereinafter referred to as air conditioning equipment) is a set of organizational and technical measures of a planned and preventive nature to maintain the air conditioning equipment in working condition.
3.1.1. The list of climate technology for calculating the cost of maintenance is given in Appendix 2 ("Information on the availability of climate equipment of EPM-NEZ JSC").
3.1.2. Maintenance of air conditioning equipment "Customer" is carried out in the following order:
3.1.3. Scheduled maintenance work is carried out by the "Contractor" 2 times a year during the term of the Agreement in accordance with the list specified in Appendix 7, according to the schedule of Appendix 4, at the rates proposed by the "Contractor" (Appendix 5). Unscheduled (additional) maintenance is carried out by the Contractor at the request of the Customer. If in the process of performing maintenance of the air conditioning equipment by the "Contractor", equipment is found whose technical condition cannot ensure safe efficient operation and requires repair, then for each unit of such equipment the "Contractor" together with the "Customer" will issue a "Defective list "In the form of Appendix 6, which is the basis for repairs.
3.1.4. The cost of maintenance of the air conditioning equipment specified in the "Defective Newsletter" is carried out at the rates proposed by the "Contractor" (Appendix 5), while the physical scope of the maintenance work under the contract is adjusted by a bilateral agreement of the "Parties".
3.2. The current repair of air conditioning equipment systems (hereinafter referred to as air conditioning equipment) is a set of organizational and technical measures of a planned and preventive nature to maintain the air conditioning equipment in working condition.
3.2.1. The list of climatic equipment for calculating the cost of current repairs is given in Appendix 2 ("Information on the availability of climate equipment of EPM-NEZ JSC").
3.2.2. The current repair of HVAC equipment is carried out in the following order:
3.2.3. Maintenance work is carried out by the Contractor during the term of the Contract in accordance with the list indicated in the schedule (Appendix 4), at the rates proposed by the Contractor (Appendix 8). If during execution of the current re-installation of air conditioners by the "Contractor", equipment is found whose technical condition cannot ensure safe and efficient operation, then for each unit of such equipment the "Contractor" together with the "Customer" draws up a "Defective list" in the form of Appendix 6, which is the basis for decommissioning and disposal.
3.2.4. The cost of the current repair of the air conditioning equipment specified in the Defect List is carried out at the rates proposed by the Contractor (Appendix 8), while the physical volumes of maintenance work under the contract are adjusted by a bilateral agreement of the Parties.
3.3. The quotation must separately indicate the cost of maintenance and repair in accordance with Appendices No. 5 and No. 8.


4. Requirements for the Contractor.

4.1. The contractor must have all the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work.
4.2. To clarify the conditions of work, familiarization with the object, it is recommended that the representatives of the Contractor arrive at the Customer.
4.3. The contractor in his proposal indicates the payment procedure and other conditions.
4.4. In the case of justified comments to the staff on the quality of work performed, safety violations, as well as administrative violations, at the request of the Customer’s specialists, the Contractor must immediately replace these workers.
4.5. The works performed not of high quality should be redone at the expense of the Contractor and delivered to the Customer.
4.6. Maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment should be carried out by personnel who have been trained in labor protection, industrial safety and have an appropriate qualification group in electrical safety. Documents certifying the passage of the above trainings and the electrical safety group must be presented before the start of work (Appendix No. 1).
4.7. After signing the Act of Completed Works, the "Contractor" must transfer to the "Customer" dismantled materials, parts and equipment obtained during disassembly of the equipment, suitable (not suitable) for use in the performance of work, or materials, parts and equipment received from the "Customer" (or paid by the "Customer") and not used in the performance of work, with the drawing up, if necessary, of the Act on posting material assets received during dismantling of equipment

5. Terms of work
5.1. Work in an existing enterprise.
5.2. Motor transport and special equipment (auto-lift) for the performance of work is provided by the Contractor.
5.3. The Contractor’s expenses for hoisting mechanisms are compensated by the Customer to the Contractor on the basis of invoices provided by the Contractor at the end of each month, invoices with the application of primary documents confirming the Contractor’s actual expenses for the hoisting mechanisms, as well as the dates and time of their use knowledge on the territory of the Customer.

7. Turnaround time:
From the moment of signing the Agreement during the calendar year.

8. Payment terms:
8.1. Payment is made after the actual completion of work.
8.2. Payment is made by bank transfer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor
